Avoid junk food and soda pops.
Eat vegetables for snacks.
Rub a small amount of baking soda with a cloth on the face and then wash away.
If pimples persist – use salus spray to wipe or gently rub the spots.
I get it on ebay every other month or so and it works remarkably well.

The only thing that ever worked for me was Neutrogena, both their Acne Solutions kit, which was 20$ and their Skin ID, which was 40$ worked, but all the other brands, including Proactive, jus didnt have any effect. Make sure that whatever you use also has a mosterizer with it because sometimes products work, but they dry out your skin, which can cause a breakout, or pealing.
vitamin A is good for acne, getting a good amount helps.
Roaccutane is a drug that is derived from vitamin A, and so i have found a vitamin supplement with vitamin A topped up with eating/snacking on carrots helps.
i also found drinking 2 pints of water in the morning 2 at lunch time and 2 when i got home from work helped too.
i also liked body shops tea tree face wash. however for all these suggestions you will have to use them/do them everyday for 3 months at least to see any difference. Using a product for a few weeks and thinking this isnt workingand switching to try something else wont help. you ,ust stick with a product for at least 3 months, i would prob say 4.
tea tree face wash from body shop is the one i put my better skin down to, it took 3 months of using it morning and night before i saw n improvement.
Same goes for the drinking water, do it everyday for a month at least if not more.
there is no quick fix you need to stick to a routine, my dr used to tell me 6 months for each thing, but usually found that if by 4 months it wasnt working then it wasnt going to work.
xx
All I can say is try this link.It worked for me and I know it can work for you too.
Consuming plenty of water to replenish the body helps in achieving a healthier lifestyle. Most often, dehydration is one of the root causes of acne breakout. It can pollute the body and increase its chances of developing acne.
Practicing a healthy diet is very essential to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Healthy diet includes fiber and vitamin rich foods. If possible, shun yourself from red meats and high cholesterol foods.
If your skin secretes too much oil and build up dead skin cells, your chances of having a breakout is also high. Try to cleanse your skin more often to remove any excess oil and dead cells. This helps to stop acne breakout.
