Whats the best acne medicine?
I hаνе tried ѕο many things lіkе proactive, benzaclin, сlеаn аnd clear, differn etc. аnd i hаνе tried thеm fοr a long period οf time аnd nothing works! anyone know anything thаt works?

if you have bad acne definitely try this, i use it and it works great. If you do decide to get it, remember to use it everyday.

Sorry for all you Proactiv fans out there, but that acne treatment medicine doesn’t work as well. My friend used it and didn’t work whatsoever. I would recommend Neutrogena.

Use Oxy bar soap and Oxy spot treatment. I’ve tried just about every product out there, including prescription medicines, and these two are the only ones that have worked consistently for me.

I did too and until I saw a dermatologist, I didn’t get better. I went twice a week for about eight weeks and then about once a month. He gave me oral antibiotics and I got my pours cleansed on those twice a week visits.
Fortunately, my Dad had insurance.
If you can’t do that, wash your face several times a day. Three , four, what ever it takes to keep your pours clean.
If nothing has worked than you should consider going to a dermatologist! I tried everything too and nothing worked! But then i went to the dermo and he prescribed me differin and a daily pill.. my acne has totally cleared up. The thing about acne medicine is that they make the medicine for their stereotype idea of acne. While, the dermatologist prescribes you medicine especially for your skin type! So go! it usually takes 6 weeks to clear up depending on what medicine. But they just say that, my acne started clearing in 3 days. serious!

benzoyl peroxide (trade name is PanOxyl) 10% leave it on and it will dry the acne out, careful as it can bleach your clothes.
accutane is good hear but has serious side effects, not worth it, especially if u r a female where accutane can have serious side effects.
pro active only works according to your skin type…….clearasil sometimes work but not all the time……not any soap works……you should go to a doctor and you should have a medication prescribed….don’t give up there is a treatment for you some where..
Proactive works great for me.. but since you said you tried that I would go to the Dr and get something stronger…
