   you can improve your skin from the outside but it’s also important to change some eating habits. make sure you eat a lot of vitamin c which is good for the skin and really everything. exercise and drink lots of water. you can just wash your face with soap and that’s good. it doesn’t take acne medicine to stop the spread of acne just dedication and research. so vitamin c and stay away from sugar as much as possible and partially hydrogented fats and eat lots of oatmeal because oatmeal takes out a lot of the bad stuff and it’s good for you anyway. and of course exercise and being happy but sometimes hormones will make one or two appear but on average you should be blemish free
