what skincare/acne treatment should i use (see details)?
I hаνе a lot οf blackheads οn mу nose thаt literally, NEVER gο away. Sometimes I hаνе ѕοmе zits, bυt thеrе usually nοt tοο bаd. Whаt skincare/acne treatment іѕ best? I’ve tried сlеаn аnd clear blackhead scrub, morning burst, аnd Clearasil pads (bυt thеу аll аrе nοt very affective).
I аm considering Neutrogena Skin ID, hаѕ anyone tried thіѕ? And іѕ іt possible tο υѕе јυѕt one οf thе products rаthеr thаn аll 3 οf thеm?
I kind of have the same problems as you, except my blackheads arnt all that bad, you cant notice them really, but I use Neutrogena Wave. It’s great. Although I’m thinking about trying Skin ID. take the test on skinid.com it asks you about your responsibility for being on top of taking care of your face. I would use all three products, at least to start. maybe after your face it basicly clear you can experiment some, but I wouldn’t.
if you try proactive that works pretty well…it is still a three step process but fairly cheap and fairly affective….
wweeeelll…. i saw on TV that you dont have to buy all these oint ments and crap to get better skin. Just drink a lot of water….. A LOT!!!!
Taking care of your skin isn’t about what brand you use.
A good skin care regime involves:
Cleansing morning and night. Make sure to lather for at least a minute and rinse thoroughly.
Moisturizer: Always apply after cleansing. A cheap non-irritating one is cetaphil. There are also store brands. If you can afford two, get one with salicylic acid to wear at night. This will exfoliate your skin while you sleep, unclogging pores.
Exfoliating once or twice a week: A good scrub will slough away dead skin, unclogging pores so your skin can breath. Be careful not to scrub the actual breakouts though or you could delay healing by irritating them.
Eating a balanced diet and drinking lots of water. A lot of skin problems are caused by digestion issues.
There are also good spot treatment options available you can find at the drugstore for treating more broken out areas.
