try to put tea tree oil on your acne every night and you’ll see the changes in few days.. It really works for me. ^^
For me, the solution has been consistency. I found a regimen and sticked to it. I use an acne cleanser twice a day and benzoyl peroxide. I found this website that gives a lot of really good free information about acne. It’s very educational.

If your quite young, it could be all that! But if you have it coming and going on other parts of your body, like upper torso or back, then you need your parent or take yourself to a doctor to get you a referal to a skin specialist!
Applying lotion or makeup has a tendency to clog your pores. Clogged pores can lead to acne. I would recommend putting some type of acne medication on prior to applying makeup. Before going to bed, wash your face with warm water and mild soap followed by another application of acne medication. Also, drinking plenty of water should help your skin as well.
pro-activ is the best product for acne, i havnt personally used it but i have heard great reviews
Go to the Amazon and see a Head Shrinker. Less head, less acme.
I use toothpaste. It really works. It sounds dumb but just try it once and youll do it everyday.
Proactive all the way it will kill anything thats dirty i bet the homeless people could look movie stars if they got the money
i used pro active and it worked.
a neutrogena smoothie for breakfast and an accutane massage at dinner
I used medication and it helped a lot, but usually a dermatologist won’t give you a prescription unless you really need/want it.
Procative! Also, a pimple is a pore on the face that has been clogged with dirt. Take something and scrub your face with soap on a daily basis. It will keep your pores clean, and pimple free!

first-change your pillow case, and make sure you continue to change it once a week, forever
second-hands off your face! try to notice if you’re touching your face alot, you might be doing it without realizing, if so, stop! the oils from your hands can irritate your skin
third-what you’re using for skin care and make-up may be irritating you skin, you could be allergic or there may be an ingredient that is an irritant
use an exfoliant cleanser every morning and evening (ponds, biore, and clean and clear are pretty good, the more expensive stuff is even better : Clinique, etc)
Use an astringent before bed every evening-I like Clean and Clear for sensitive skin better than anything I’ve tried, even the expensive stuff (it’s blue with a purple cap)
If you have dry skin and you need a moisturizer try the Aveeno line, their skin care is very gentle and effective.
Use sunscreen EVERYDAY, this is so important because it will keep any redness from becoming redder, and it will help reduce the chance of future wrinkles.
Make sure the make up you’re using is new and get the good stuff-Clinique city block is excellent, it’s a tinted SPF, if you prefer a cream.
Bare Escentuals ID Bare Minerals is AWESOME. I’ve been using it and I won’t use anything else now.
Also, you could have allergies that you are unaware of, I have allergies to honey, milk, and pollen so anything that has those ingredients will cause me to have an allergic reaction. I didn’t know I was allergic to these things and if used anything on my face, as a perfume, or ate anything that had those things in it I would end up with red splotches and a headache. ( for example-I can’t be around Clinique Happy perfume because it has Daffodil extract in it and I am horribly allergic to Daffodils, if I get near someone wearing it, instant headache and my throat closes up)
Anyway, good luck, I hope this helps a little, and everyone is different so it may take some time before you find the perfect combination for you.
proactive works wonders
You can use Witch Hazel. Its an astringent lotion that cleans deep down in your pores. You can buy it in any local pharmacy or at Walgreens. And at nights you can use any cream that contains benzoil peroxide at 5%. Hope it works for you
i dont use any lotion. although i need to use sunscreen. i just always forget about it. i used to have acne, but i just started washing my face twice a day with cetaphill antibacterial gentle skin cleanser (the bar) twice a day and stopped using anything with little beads in it on my face, like my dermatologist recommended, and my face cleared right up. my acne was worse then what you’re explaining, then it turned to exactly what you’re explaining, and finally it just went away for good. i highly recommend the cetaphill. i hope i was able to help you. good luck!
