What is the quickest and easiest and cheapest way to get rid of acne scars?

My girlfriend has had great success treating scars with a derma roller.

The quickest is not always the easiest and vice versa. My husband is having some good results using natural ingredients – a method he found in a free report at http://www.acnescarstreatment.net.
They also review creams that are supposed to reduce acne creams although we haven’t tried these yet.

During my acne years
i’ve always just put some neosporin over the scars
not the fastest way, i bet
but it was the cheapest solution i found.
it took about 5 days for scars to completely be gone, but i guess it depends on your skin.
