I think if you find a good regime and do it twice a day on top of a weekly mask and a bi weekly exfoliant – you will have better skin.
That being said I think Arbonne’s Clear Advantage is a great regime – it’s got the wash, toner and cream and comes with a free eye cream and you also take a daily supplement to fight acne before it starts – my son has tremendous results his MD also endorsed it because it has far less harsh things in it then some brands.
I always before bed rub mouth wash on my face, yes it sounds weird but it works. I had really bad acne and now I don’t because my doctor told me to use this. It will burn a little at first when putting it on but not for long, then wash it off in the morning. It took about a week for it to make a difference and I keep using it everynight and don’t have bad acne anymore.
I agree with you I hated Pro Activ! What I suggest, is to drink TONS of water, and lots of unsweetened tea! The tea has anitoxidants in it, that can help to clear your system, also the water is just healthy for you! As for wash? I haven’t really found a product that is perfect yet, but I have found that using M.D. Forte Level III wash is really effective along with St. Ives Blemish control! It can really control it if you use it right, but it does take time! My dermatologist just gave me something called Tretinoin cream, I have to say that it has worked ok..so far, but it takes about 6 months to work fully! Let me know if you have any questions or you need more advice!
Duac cream, its works miracles on my face, for my cystic acne. I no longer get them as long as I apply the cream at least… only once or twice a week. Its prescription ..
you first apply moisturizer then the cream.
Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on pimples. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
