You can try using hot water or a humidifier to steam it out.
wet a little oatmeal and stick it on there
Hot water on some cloth and place it over the zit (don’t burn yourself).
toothpaste will dry it out put it on before you go to bed. use the white toothpast usually colgate works better.

Take a washcloth and heat it really hot and keep pressing it against the zit. what tv to keep your mind off the heat on your face.
Keep doing it over and over and it’ll draw it out!
Leave it alone.. You’ll make it spread and you’ll have more little bumps.. let it come out on its own..
