What is the best solution to acne you’ve found?
i am losing my patience more then ever lately- im 22 years old and have been dealing with acne and oily skin since i was 13. weird since everyone in my family has perfect skin. besides me. i’;ve been to MANY doctors and none of them have fixed my problem. ive tried proactive, you name it. absolutely nothing will clear my skin. but i dont want to give up and refuse to believe that i have to keep dealing with this………what do you use that truly helps your acne or oily skin?
Have you tried Retin A?
rub oil around ure face and the get a lighter and light the oil covering ure face it works within seconds
Ok…
first of all, no more synthetic products-olay, st. ives, etc. They are harsh and only irritateds your skin. Start using natural materials. Begin washing your face with a mixture of oatmeal and honey. Blend the mixture, and add a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Put it in a container, preferably one with a pump. You can find a container like this at a dollar store or Target. For moisturizer, wet your hands a little, then apply a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil to the skin. After a minute, wipe off any excess with a cotton ball. Use very little olive oil though, because you don’t want to look greasy. The oil does not clog pores or irritate your skin.
Drinking green or black tea can also clean up your complexion by purging antooxidants from the skin. Also, try Nature’s Cure acne treatment. It comes with chewable tablets and benzoyl peroxide. Use this along with the natural skincare regimen, and you will have wonderful skin in no time.
I have the same problem too
I usually put on some lemon and glycerin because it drys up the acne and then you use face wash.
Also for face wash you should try the clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser.
Or buy a face wash with benzoyl peroxide.
It seems to be working for me hope this helped.
anything with salicylic acid. Works over night. Try Benefit Cosmetics Zaparella products
Mine wasn’t genetic either. I had cystic acne and the only thing that cured it was Accutane. It definitely works and the side effects aren’t as bad as you may have heard. I just finished with a 6-month course of it 2 months ago and I feel fine, and my skin looks awesome
Assuming you’re female, then contraceptive pill Dianette is a pretty fail-safe way to get rid of acne. It works by drastically reducing the oiliness of your skin. Dianette is not suitable for permanent use (usually you can get it for 12 months only, although when I was younger and there were no restrictions I was on it for 6 years solid) so once Dianette has got your spots under control you can then switch to Yasmin, which also helps clear acne but is not quite as strong (it also acts on your body differently).
I think Dianette might be called Diane in the states.
first wash with Dial Glycerin soap with White tea and Vitamin E, then use a cotton ball to apply Witch Hazel, last rub aloe vera gel on skin. I do this 2X a day. It sounds strange but it really does work.
I was in the same situation for a really long time, and for me, the only solution was to go on antibiotics. Currently I’m taking Doxycycline and using Differin gel, although I recommend Tretinoin. (Unfortunately, it hasn’t been approved in the country in which I currently reside.)
5% Benzoyl Peroxide with and Aqueous Base.
You need a prescription from your doctor and it’s not drying because of the base. I started using it the first day and when I woke up the next morning my acne was gone. The best brand to use is a generic called Glades or Gladys or something like that. I works faster than my sister’s hundred dollar acne cream (Differin) .
Have you been to a dermatologist? At your age, you really should be using something from a prescription. Over the counter stuff won’t help. Personally I used acutane. I had to do two rounds of it, but it really clears up your skin and keeps it clear. Until you get an appointments at a dermatologist I recommend salycilic acid and benzel peroxide.
I know from personal experience how frustrating acne can be. i am glad i finally found a solution to this annoying problem, any way its free and It is an entire skin care management system that finds the source of your acne and not only heals the blemishes you have, but also treats future outbreaks that you don’t even see yet. so like i said it helped me.
