What is the best kind of acne medicine or products?

ok, my acne used 2 be really bad and nuetrogena and clearisil are both excellent brands..i use neutrogena oil-free acne wash..the grapefruit kind and my face is pretty much clear and it leaves your face really smooth..but after you use it you still have to eat healthy and drink plenty of water to help KEEP your face clear and the neutrogena daily foam face wash iz also a good way to prevent clogged pores on your face..good luck.!
an amazing tip is to drink A LOT of water because that clears out your bowels (teehee) and therefore the acids or whatever don’t clog up your pores.

right the reason you get spots is because its bacteria from inside your body which has died so it leaves your body via a spot.
so if as the spots are natural you need to use natural things i started getting spots and used tea tree oil and that got rid of them or you can:
Eat more healthy.
Wash the infected area more than twice a day.
Use tea tree oil.
i use oxy but thats 4 guys but you could try it.
DO NOT USE

Loads of different products in a week or month it will make them worse.
dont pick them.
Clear skin is the worse type of product you can use.

I have sensitive skin and the product that really works well for me is Purpose Cleansing Wash. I also love Earth Science Apricot Gentle Facial Scrub Creme, it’s a gentle scrub. Neutrogena Facial Moisturizer with 15 SPF and natural lemon juice as an astringent.
You must use the scrub alone.
i personally love neutrogina because it leaves my skin very soft and works relatively quickly, but the only thing that i would recomend not to use is the clearisil wipes and other clearisil products because my friends used them and it died their eyebrows orange!
