I Know Which Acne Treatment Works...Do You?...CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT...
What is a really good acne treatment?
I have acne on my face.Pimples on my cheeks, forehead, and chin.My cousin let me use her Proactiv and I think it got worse.I am 13.I have these black marks on my forehead and chin from the pimples.I really want clear skin.I tried Clean and Clear but it did not work out for me.I am doing some home remedies right now.
-What are good ways to clear acne?
I’ve always been really skeptical about choosing new acne products because if I have something that even semi works, I don’t want to risk switching to something that doesn’t work and causes me to waste my money. I also have always had such a hard time telling myself to wash my face in the winter time, because every time I get it wet it seems to dry out more and more!
When I found out about Acnezine I looked into it and read a really positive review, and noticed that they offer a completely free trial. I assumed I was going to try it out and it wasn’t going to work, than I wouldn’t have to worry about wasting money because hey – its free!
However, I found out that Acnezine really is an effective and quick working product. It actually cleared my face up, which never seemed to happen to me before! The antioxidants eliminated all of the bad bacteria on my skin, but left the good bacteria so my pealing winter skin healed! Also, my skin didn’t have to fight harsh chemicals away by producing excess bacteria (causing more acne).
What really got me about this product is that it worked for both me and my teenage daughter, which is wonderful because teen acne and adult acne are so different! (We both also found that it works on our embarrassing body acne instead of just facial acne too!)
After doing more research on Acnezine I found that it has been featured in MSNBC, Fox News, CNN and more because of how reliable it is! I recommended it to my own daughter after I used it, it truly is remarkable.

go to the dermatologist and tell him/her you have treid a lot of products and you are intrested in trying pills.
if you do not know what a dermatologist is it is a skin doctor that can prescribe and diagnose your acne.
Different acne treatments work differently for different people
but I have compiled some info on Proactiv for you, based on reported experience:
Proactiv Negatives
===================
- irritating
- dry out skin
- expensive to keep having it sent to you month after month
- clear face up, but as soon as you stop using it the acne might come back
- it bleaches the cloth…
- doesn’t seem to work as well on blackheads
- skin became darker
- temporarily red in areas
- slight burning sensation when applying toner/repairing lotion
Proactiv Positives
===================
- really does work
- clears your face up pretty quickly
- leaves your face feeling soft
- reduce the appearance of pores
Acne medications may cause your skin to initially break out worse than before because all FDA-approved acne medications (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and sulfur) are causing your skin to regenerate faster. This brings existing acne pimples already under your skin (but not visible yet) to the surface, which in turn causes a massive but fortunately temporary break out. Give the medications time to work — about one to two weeks — and you will notice a big difference in the quality of your skin.
See a dermatologist if over the counter remedies do not work. They specialize in skin care and can prescribe you medicines that help you improve it.
Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve, because the "waste management" control system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing some waste products efficiently.
Look for face washes which contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the key ingredient in some of the best face washes. use a 5-10% benzoyl peroxide of mild to moderate acne and 10% for severe.
Try smashing one tablet of aspirin in a small bowl, then adding lemon juice to the mixture. Aspirin is acetesalicylic acid, chemically related to salicylic acid. Apply to the affected areas overnight. It boosts the healing process while reducing redness.
Try putting toothpaste (paste, NOT gel) on your face, cover it with a bandage, and keep it on all night. When you wash it off in the morning your acne will look better. The astringent and surfactant nature of the toothpaste will help diminish the appearance of pimples. But the toothpaste has been known to burn sensitive skin of the face, so be careful. If your face does burn, stop acne treatments and work on healing your burn.
Try using Bentonite Clay, a natural mineral powder which has been known to absorb impurities and help neutralise the skin’s oiliness, and can be found online. Mix 2 tablespoons with a dash of cold water and smooth over the face as a thick paste. Once dried gently wipe off with a flannel or sponge.

Currently, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of methods that claim to be able to remove acne completely. Many of these work, but they have they all have their own advantages and disadvantages. Below are some of the most well known acne removal methods.
Conventional Treatment
Conventional treatments for acne basically means antibiotics, or pills. Antibiotics work to kill the bacteria that is causing your acne, which will slowly remove the symptoms of acne. The antibiotic (also known as Accutane) lowers the amount of oil being created – which is the major cause of acne – thus lessening the amount of acne, or even getting rid of it completely.
Antibiotics, or Accutane, have been proven to work, which is why doctors and/or dermatologists often recommend them. Nonetheless, they do have their disadvantages, or in other words, their side effects. Side effects of Accutane have been said to include depression, drier skin/eyes, possible birth defects in pregnant woman, and possibly suicide. Women who take Accutane should not get pregnant for at least 3 months after taking Accutane.
There are hundreds of ways to get rid of your acne, and each method has benefits and drawbacks associated with it. In this article you will learn some of these acne clearing techniques and discover how to get rid of acne.
As one can see, conventional acne treatments do work for many people, but they also do their have their side effects. Thus, many may consider looking for other methods to treat their acne.
Topical Treatments
Several companies create topical acne products, which can reduce the amount of acne, or even completely get rid of acne. Many of the topical acne products contain ingredients in them which include salicylic acid, which have been shown to lower the amount of acne by unclogging the pores that are blocked. Some other topical treatments include acne cleaners, which get rid of acne though antiseptic properties.
Topical acne treatment products have been proven to work quite well with mild cases of acne, although they are generally not effective with more severe acne.
Natural Treatments
Many people prefer using acne treatments that are natural. To do so, one most know which foods and drinks cause acne, as well as which supplements have anti acne properties. The majority of natural treatments revolve around creating a diet and supplement plan, as well as altering factors in your life style that could lead to acne.
Natural treatments can be very effective, but have only one downside – they require a great deal of dedication. Many people start with natural treatments, but quite less than half way through the treatment.
Acne Marks or Scars
Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.
The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil
The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.
You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.
Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.
Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.
I’d say the best thing you can do is go to dermatologist. Like you, I had a lot of issues with acne. It wasn’t severe or anything, so I tried over the counter medications, but none of them really seemed to be doing anything. Went to a dermatologist, who prescribed me something and my acne started clearing up a couple weeks later. I highly recommend just going to a dermatologist.
And, for future prevention, I’d recommend making sure not to touch your face as that causes me to break out the most.
