Stridex pads work for me.
Use any moisturizer that is oil free. You don’t necessarily need something expensive. Just go to the drug store and ask them to show you the oil free ones and get the one that fits your budget.
Cetaphil, imo
cetephil..use it day and night keeps it not dry but doesnt cause acne!

clinique acne control moisturizer.
i use sea breeze for acny but its not a moisturizer
I had a similar problem. I use a daily moisturizer from Aveeno and it also says active naturals. A general rule of thumb is to use facial products that say noncomedogenic, that means the product won’t clog your pores.
clean and clear daily facial morning moisturizer with SPF 15. i use it all the time and it keeps my face moisturized even after i use my 10% benzoyl peroxide face wash which is extremely drying. the moisturizer even has little bright specks in it that make you look noticeably more awake in the morning and has SPF 15 to protect your face so you won’t get those ugly sun wrinkles when you turn 30 or somethin. its a great moisturizer. i also suggest using the clean and clear night moisturizer if you wash your face feels dry at night too.
i was told no moisturizer is the best, but trust me it’s not. use a non oil based face cream – and never use body lotion on your face. I have the same problem, but it has to do with polycystic ovarian syndrome so i take birth control pills and it helps. make sure to check if your periods are regular and your weight is normal because if it’s not you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome too.
Do not use a moisturizer on your oily sections of your face…the purpose of a moisturizer is to help hold in your natural moisture. Oily skin does that naturally. It acts as a barrier to keep moisture in…if you add a moisturizer to all ready oily skin, it will clog up your sebaceous glands and cause more blemishes….Use DOVE beauty bar when you wash your face, not soap. It is dermatologist recommended because it does not dry out the skin, it leaves no film on the skin, and it contains sodium which helps heal existing blemishes. If you find that you are very dry outside of the t-zone(forehead, nose and chin) a light WATER-based moisturizer, like Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer is a good choice…it runs around $15.
please please use moisturiser. ignore people who say that you shouldnt.
If you dont use moisturiser, your skin freaks out, and increases the amount of oil it produces to make up for the loss of moisture.
Just use an oil free one, like Clinique’s dramatically different moisturiser, or a cheaper alternative, t-zone’s oil free moisturiser, or something from neutrogena
Nivea Creme works wonders. It gets rid of that dry feeling immediately and will not clog your pores.
