Don't use any of the cheap kinds that you can find at Wal-Mart, (acne-fighting cleansers such as Clean & Clear or Seabreeze are the worst.)

The best cleanser I have EVER tried is the Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream from Burt's Bees. It's not that expensive, it makes my skin feel extremely clean and moisturized, and it made my acne disappear completely.

This facial scrub from Burt's Bees is wonderful as well:

If you want to go for something a bit more basic, like from a drugstore, Cetaphil is the only cleanser that's even remotely usable.
However, it's better on aging skin than it is on acne-prone teenage skin.
