Well, for those "early poppers", I suggest that you wash your face with a MILD cleanser, (if using a special one, only once unless directed otherwise) and if there are any monsters, just hold a hot washcloth to the zit for about 10-15 minutes, and the heat will open up your pores. Also, you can try and put toothpaste on a zit for at least 15 minutes. Oh, and try not to stress or freak out..that’s what leads to breakouts. Don’t forget to get regular exercise and avoid sugary junk. (The usual!)
