What is a good acne solution?
ok, i hаνе a lot οf ances οn mу forehead, mу chin, аnd gοοd places. soooooo, саn someone plzz hеlр mе аnd tеll mе whаt іѕ a gοοd acnes solution!!!!! 
idk іf proactiv іѕ a really gοοd ance solution cuz’ ѕο many οthеr companies introduced acne solutions аnd thеу ѕаіd thаt thеу r better! ѕο, plzzz tеll mе!! thanxx

I use Differin. It works kind of slowly, but it works. It’s over the counter, I believe. But it doesn’t bleach your pillowcases like other stuff I’ve used. Also, Neutrogena has really nice facial cleansers. Good luck!
Proactiv is a good OTC product. There are many many prescriptions topical meds i like too. retin-A micro is great. It helps unclog pores and reduces oil. You have to use it everyday for long term benifits. It sloughes off dead skin and build up that clogs pores and prevents acne in the future. It doesnt necessarily help break outs now( not a quick fix) but a long term preventative one. Any Benzoyl peroxide is great for break outs now. Its helps with redness and inflammation. Topical antibiotics help with redness and current acne to reduce more acne from occurring. Also, it hinders the spread of bacteria ( which causes acne!!) Some great prescription topicals that have Benzoyl and antibiotics combined are Duac or Benza-clin( i have used them!!! ) also ( if your acne is BAD enough) oral antibiotics ( like cephalexin or erythromycin or minocyclin) might help with future break outs as a preventative treatment. So ask your Dr. about these meds and see what he/she thinks about the severity of yor acne. on very very very rare occassions dr. prescribe Accutane…. but ist risky and I think they just passed new laws that its harder to get ( also, you should not be using it if you are pregnant or of child bearing age and not on 2 forms of birth control)
Try Juralique it’s sorta expensive but it works magic! If you dont want to go and buy a bunch of products try these tips,
-wear the most minimal mount of makeup possible, if you NEED to use conceler use a mineralbased and acny friendly brand
-dont rest youre hands on youre face, the oil from youre hands only adds more bacteria
-DONT PICK, if u cant help it swab the area with disinfectant first than SLOWLY squeese, disenfect the area after and aply a non-tinted zit cream
-Clense and tone 2 times a day but dont over wash and therfore dry the skin
i dont recommend proactive as it is very harsh and can overdry the skin
-you might also want to try a non-invasive/rough scrub once a week i reccomend the body-shop’s new tee-tree line of skincare products as they are inexpensive and also do a good job
It really depends on what your main skin problem is. I tried proactiv, but only because I had dry skin and got random pimples every now and then. If you have major acne though, I would recommend seeing a dermotologist first. What works for one person may not work for another.
And heres a tip-if your skin is really oily, its probably not because you have oily skin. It means you have DRY skin! Your skin will over produce oil to try and compensate for dryness, making it appear oily. (just something i learned from my dermatologist)
Go to do acupuncture,tuina massage or strong &deep massage on your back,and vaccum cupping therapy in TCM clinic,or only cupping,or only tuina,or only acupuncture,or combined three ways ,for 10 times as a course or tw; it will make u relax on your back and your body,more deepest breathing and often drink more hot water or hot tea.In thiis ways,u will have less toxin or acid in ur body,so ur acne will surely be less or dissapear in a week or few weeks.
I had the same problem as you and i tried a bunch of stuff like pro active and it didn’t work. But i use stuff called benzaclin which has benzoyl peroxide and retin-a micro which has tretinoin. These are good for pimples and blackheads in that order. I use it and my skin is so much better. They are both creams. Benzaclin comes in a jar and retin-a micro comes in a tube. You have to get a prescription for them but ask your doctor for one. Hope this helps!
