happens all the time. one time my nutsack had a hole in it and one of my balls was hangin out. i jus taped it up and it got better so i wouldnt worry about it
It is likely a sebacious cyst. Many males get them. Not hazardous unless a rare infections sets in from picking at them – not advised!
