please help i cant rely my entire face on moisturizer, because if i sweat it drips off

When I put it on, it feels like my skin is burning. One of the symptoms of using it is getting dry skin, but I can feel my skin tingling almost, so I’m not sure if it’s just the treatment.

Backstory: For probably a decade now, I have gone through many different medicines in search of clearing up my facial acne. Fortunately a few years back, my doc finally gave me a prescription that works and my skin has been relatively acne free. The problem however is that my face will frequently peel due to drying out from having the meds on overnight. I also use a Cetaphil daily cleaner which also adds to the dryness. The only way I have learned to keep this all manageable is to use a good lotion/moisturizer. I have gone through a ton, most recently I’ve had spells with…. Aveeno (too cloggy for my taste), Suave’s Skin Therapy w/ Cocoa Butter (decent, but would wear off too easily and dry skin would start to show), Cetaphil’s facial lotion (really screwed my skin up by making my face scaly and break out), Coco butter (didn’t mask the dryness) and Lubriderm original (didn’t like the smell that good and made my skin look too greasy)

ALSO, I have very bad dry skin that flakes and face cream won’t help. This is mostly around my mouth area and chin. It won’t go away and make up makes it look gross so I can not wear make up to cover my acne.

Anyone have suggestions on what to use to help these two issues?
