I’m going into my second month of accutane and all my acne is basically gone but my whole face is discolored. i know ambi fade cream worked on my acne scars before but i’m afraid to use it now because it mite be too harsh for my skin rite now. would palmers cocoa butter work? is there anything i could use rite now?

have acne and I was wondering does cocoa butter actually work to get rid of acne. I like to use natural products on my face and back so are there also any products that really work to treat acne. Thankyou!

Right now I’m confused on what I should do with my acne scars and it’s annoying. I’ve heard remedies like using lemon juice, cocoa butter, ice cubes, etc. What is the most effective way to get rid of these acne scars at home?

I have scars from acne. I don’t pick at the scars, and I’ve tried vitamin E, cocoa butter, "scar zone", none of them worked. Any suggestions? Please don’t tell me to get rid of the acne. I don’t have a problem with acne anymore, just the scars.

hey. i have really bad acne scars on my face, forehead especially and now my cheeks too. i really wanna get rid of them as soon as possible. i know i shouldn't have popped them but i couldnt stand having all the fresh red bumps on my face. not just tiny ones but big ones too. ugh. it's horrible. i have this whole acne attack like last 3 years and it just got worse this year. it's like new ones will pop once the old ones heal. it's a never ending ordeal. i'm using Simple products right now and i hope it will help. i've got a sensitive, acne prone skin so anything stronger will aggravate my skin. im also keeping an extra eye on my diet now. i guess it's one the reason the acne's lingering. but the scars are killing me. i also have scars on my legs (shanks) and they are fugly. these insect bites (scars) thanks to camping trip seemed to stay forever. my mum's asking me to use body scrubs with vit E and friends suggested cocoa butter. any idea what should i use/do? tnx. xxx
i've never had acne problem when i was in school. i'm 20 and it seems like my hormones' still screwed up. i've got irregular menstrual problem ever since i first bled. some said it could be due to the hormones but i'm not plannin to take the pills cuz im tryin to stay off drugs if possible. sigh. such a stubborn ass i am.

Until now I have had mild acne but nothing that left any permanent scars. About 3 months ago, I started having really bad breakouts on my forehead and it left a few scars. Normally, I would just apply cocoa butter to the scars and they would eventually go away but I have had these scars for two months and I have seen little to no improvement. Does anyone know of a good acne treatment for African Americans? Preferably something that shows quick signs of improvement.

I've tried cocoa butter but all that do is clog up my face, causing more acne. I look like I have freckles on both sides of my cheeks. My skin is rather weird, I don't mess with the bumps, I wash my face and let them go away on their own but there are still scars left in return. Do anyone know what can get rid of these acne scars? I've tried Bio-oil and that doesn't work and plus its worse than using cocoa butter.
