ive been using accutane for almost 3 monthes (2more days and done), and today i went to see dermataligist, and he told me to try differin cream after accutane is over.
although my acne is gone, i have such a bad acne scars left. its so red and just so annoying. Doc suggested me to take laser surgery or else it’ll take few years for scars to disappear. but laser surgery is pretty damn expensive.
i’m just wondering if differin cure acne scars, if anyone has used it before?
or, what other products are there ?
I am not worried about the cost and I have recently set up a consultation with a cosmetic physician to see what they can offers for treatment. I am just looking to see what other information I can gather, the searches seem to be cluttered with ads for products like pro-active and other medications that I are of little interest to me. Some people say Accutane is the best, but it seems that is the may be the best medication and not the best treatment.
I may have asked in the wrong place, although I appreciate the fast responses. I am looking for scientifically proven remedy’s not so much homemade solutions. Pain and negative side effects are only a small consideration. I am more interested in surgical solutions, but I will look into the recommended products.
I dont have severe acne… but i have a case that i can control and hide but its a battle and its costy…. i’ve been breaking out since i was 10 years old and still to this day at 18.. was just wondering will there ever be a cure? I’m not talking about accutane… and actual "cure"? Thanks.
I really don’t know which one to choose I’ve heard that Accutane works dramatically but the side affects are pretty scary and I’ve heard Epiduo works but it burns your skin which one should I use?

im going back to my dermatologist to try and find another acne treatment…i’ve been on retin-a, and differin, i’ve also been on antibiotics for my acne and NOTHING has worked…
i dont want to take accutane, so what other prescription medicine is available? i’ve tried everything over the counter including pro-activ, clinique 3 step system…ect. i have huge pores, blackheads, white heads and i get a few cysts too
I’m going into my second month of accutane and all my acne is basically gone but my whole face is discolored. i know ambi fade cream worked on my acne scars before but i’m afraid to use it now because it mite be too harsh for my skin rite now. would palmers cocoa butter work? is there anything i could use rite now?

i have heard of accutane,differen and benzaclin but do they work or do you know of any others that get rid of the acne quickly?? help
