Hi. The obvious thing is to eat healthy and more vegetables. Not so much sugar and fat. When my pimples reappear I scrub my face with salus spray and also a little backing soda. It works remarkable. You can try it also. I receive the spray from ebay and always keep a bottle in the refrigerator for this time.
Best wishes,
Mol
Ok! I have suffered from acne since I was in grade 6. And I wish someone was around to tell me how to deal with it then! But anyway! I’ve worked in the industry now for a while helping men, women and teenagers deal with their acne! Hope I can help here!
First thing you need to know is that you can’t just use one magical product to deal with your acne! There are 3 main components (4 really, but I’ll keep it simple for you because your just starting out!)
1. Cleanse! You need to wash your face at least twice daily. Once in the morning, and once before you go to bed! This is important! If you do not clean the days/nights, oils, dirt, makeup etc off your skin daily, then you can only expect more breakouts!
The one I personally use is Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser! It’s cheap! it works great to clean off all the unwanted stuff!
Important to note here is don’t bother with cleansers that say they treat acne. They don’t. The "special" ingredients that they put in it are simply washed down the drain when you rinse the product off! it doesn’t stay in contact with the skin long enough to do what it claims. (also they’re not PH balanced for the stuff in them to work efficiently)
2. Treat! This might be a step you can skip! Take a look at the kinds of blemishes you are getting. Are any of them hard, large, red bumps that are not a white head or a blackhead? Are they sore and painful to touch? They usually are around your chin and jaw line. If you get any of these kinds of breakouts you need to treat with a benzyl peroxide treatment!
These are two basic ones that work great! Clean & Clear Persa-gel-10 Maximum Strength or Clearasil Stay Clear Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream.
It is important to remember with benzyl peroxide that it can be irritating to the skin. So make sure you only use it on the blemish! As well it won’t work on white heads or blackheads! The type of acne it treats has bacteria in it that needs to be killed. White and blackheads do not contain this kind of acne bacteria! If you don’t get the hard, large, sore, red type blemishes, then you don’t need this product!
3. Exfoliate! This is the most important thing you can do for treating the rest of the blemishes! (White heads, blackheads, and those tiny annoying little bumps that creep up on your forehead and around the nose.) For this you need a product that contains salicylic acid!
The one I personally use that is excellent is Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Stress Control 3-in-1 Hydrating acne treatment.
There are not a lot of good salicylic products out there. In order for a salicylic acid to be effective, it needs to be between the PH ranges of 3 and 4. There are very few that meet this criteria! The one that I mention above ^ is the cheapest option that meets this criteria fro an effective salicylic acid! (And it smells great and feels fresh!)
Salicylic acid is a natural anti inflammatory (it’s a derivative of aspirin) so this shouldn’t irritate your skin and can be used all over your face, day and night after you cleans! (and after you treat, if you need that step!)
These are the basic steps to keeping your blemishes under control!! Just remember that while this can significantly help, it is impossible at your age to get rid off all the breakouts that will come your way! Your hormones are working in hyper drive right now, and you can still expect to see some blemishes. (However they should be significantly reduced using a system like this one!)
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to send me a message!

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It’s been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)
Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.
This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:
Search up "Cee En’s Acne Solution" on ebay.
First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can purchase 1 month supply for $40 or 6 month supply for $160
It’s expensive, but the product DOES work.
My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.
I don’t have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.
