It could be a Staph infection. You should take her to the doctor and have them culture it to see what type infection it is. In the meantime, you should keep it clean, don’t let her touch it, and use good handwashing. It may be spreading to other parts of her body from poor hand washing. It could also be from a clogged gland or a har follicle. If it on other parts of her body though, it could be staph.
