Food to avoid I’d say are greasy ones and alot of dairy.
Try eating alot more fresh fruits and veggies and also drinking alot of water. I know it’s so cliche but it really helps. Excersize does wonders too.

There are no home made remedies its all about Roacutane it cures any acne. I used to have it really bad and I’ve been off the stuff for 18 months and I’m still fine. Horrible stuff when you take it but when your off it, its totally worth it. Can’t recommend it enough. Go to you’re doctor and ask.
