if its sever, research a drug called ACCUTANE. It has alot of side effects, but I have a couple of friends who did it and there faces were all clear. But RESEARCH it. the side effects are weird.

Don’t greasy foods too much or chocolate too much. Drink plenty of water and fruits. They can flush out the toxins out of skins.
Use hydrogen peroxide and use mild soap like dove and ivory. Harsh soap caused face more oilier and create more bacteria… It is cheap $ .50 a bottle . Don’t worry too much of it is part of puberty adolescent.
I have found that Dove soap works really well.
