Im planning on switching my acne products, should i stop using it for a while before i start a new one?

   As far as I know there’s no problem with changing treatments straight away if one’s not working for you

The thing is that you must use it as it is directed and keep up with it. I tried everything at a drug store and even got topical cream prescribed to me.    Also, if you are a girl, ask your parents to put you on a birth control pill, it will really speed things up by balancing your hormones which is what you are really going for.

   Besides that, eat healthy and get good sleep. When you are awake, your body can’t worry about fighting bacteria that causes acne so when you sleep it gets the chance to.
