I'm 15 and having bad acne, what's the best medicine I can use that works fast?

Well i also have some problems with acne. but when i use this apricot scrub they arnt pink and decrease in size. It doesnt really get rid of them, but it helps. i think its the st.ives brand. use the medicated type
but using toothpaste on a pimple drys it up too. i usually do that, but you have to wait a night. so put it on when you go to bed and it will dry it up for tomorrow.
