Probably just sunburn. Usually acne medications make your skin extra sensitive and burn easier, that’s why they have those warnings. You can’t really do much for it, but you can put aloe on it to make it feel better.
Could also be the chlorine in the pool, if your skin is extra sensitive right now. Splash cool water on your face but don’t start putting more creams and potions on.
it’s a chemical reaction between light and the medication. What part of stay out of sunlight did you not understand? You could become permanently scarred from doing crap like that. why even bother to purchase and use the medications if you don’t do what they say?
