Too get rid of acne stop eating junk food and touching your face. If your not eating junk food just stop touching your face period. Make sure your pillow cases are cleaned at least once a week. Excersize and sweat. This helps get you in shape and and pushes liquid through your pores so dirt and other things dont fester in there. Also don’t scrub too hard when you wash your face. Wash your face with normal soap 2-3 times a day. Dont waist your money on acne products.
Stop eating gluten. There are tons of gluten free products out there for you. They are basically switching rice for wheat and you can hardly tell. To loose weight means to get in shape. Diets dont do much. Just eat food thats good for you and food that your body needs. Obviosly not gluten. Get out and work out. Walk around your block. Sit ups and push ups, a good free way to keep in shape for when you cant go anywhere (or dont want to). Surf, ride a bike, yoga is probably the best.
