   put one nail on one side, (fingernail) another nail from the other hand, and squeeze into your skin and nails together

   I prick a little hole in it with a needle or finger nails(make sure they are clean!!!) then squeeze the white stuff out untill u get a little bit of blood then let it dry. easy
