With your good care you can see that something else is causing them.
Get a doctor to prescribe a powerful antibiotic like tetracycline. It works.
It also works on stomach ulcers. With that you should eat various cheeses
to keep the good ‘flora’ alive in your digestive track.
Many times “stripping” the oils from the skin can actually cause many problems. The best thing for skin is mild soap and water and that’s it. If you keep stripping all of the oils from the skin you will actually cause the skin to start to produce MORE oil in an attempt ot catch up and restore balance. You only want to remove the surface oils. Deep cleansing can actually cause more pimples.
i use a clean and clear acne wash and it works way better then a bar of soap and it doesn’t clog your pores.
dont use to many products, it might make it worse
and if you really really desperate, put toothpaste on you pimples before you go to bed and leave it overnight, wash it of in the morning ( sounds stupid, but it works!!)

A good place to begin an acne program is cleansing of the blood. A liver that is not preforming at it’s best can worsen acne because it cannot break down and clear excess hormones from the body as it should. Eat a high fiber diet. This is important for keeping the colon clean and ridding the body of toxins. Keep the affected area as free of oil as possible. Use an all-natural soap with sulfur that is designed for acne (available at health food stores). Wash your skin throughly but gently no more than twice daily; never rub hard. Overwashing, vigorous scrubbing and repeated touching of the skin can make acne worse by overstimualating the sebaceous glands, causing them to produce excessive amounts of sebum. Fifteen minutes of sun every day helps you get the natural vitamin D your body needs.Acne is a message that something may be wrong with your body chemistry, diet and/or skin care routine. Proper diet, nutritional supplements and finding the right skin care products (natural products only) may be all that is needed to correct the problem.Good Luck!
