I would try Proactiv. I have had acne for years. And I started using it and in a matter of days my skin was really clear. I also had scarring from poping pimples and they all went away. If you can find it in the mall its about $50, but its really worth it.
if your condition is bad enough, like mine was, you may be able to get a prescription for Accutane. Which is pretty much the most powerful acne medication out there. Acne like that can be caused by a number of things like clogged pores becoming infected under the skin. I tried all the treatment and creams you can think of and nothing helped. So I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me Accutane. I took it for about 6 months and i literally haven’t had one blemish on my body since. I had really deep acne in some areas that they call lesions. But you should look into it first because it’s a seeeeeerious treatment. A lot of serious sideaffects. It was definately not fun to be on it for that long. It changed my temper, made my skin really dry and worst of all, I couldn’t drink while taking it. But if you want to get rid of the acne bad enough, it’s worth it. Good luck.
I believe that you may have a condition called Hidradenitis Supprativa. It is a condition of re-occurring boils/ cysts/abscesses , that are often misdiagnosed as ingrown hairs, herpes, being unclean and folliculitis. This is a newly diagnosed skin condition , but there is a lot of info out there.

If this sounds like it might be you, READ it, PRINT it out, and TAKE it to your DOC.
Its better to try to start treatment soon, it can spread over the body if left untreated. These boils can become quite large and painful. Sometimes even lasting for weeks or months , do not attempt to POP them they can then tunnel under your skin and spread all over the body. Most common areas are armpits, groin, binkni line, inner legs, and intimate places and basically anywhere that sweats and rub against clothing. Stress is a big inducer.
