How can you get rid of back and chest acne scars?
i hаνе nasty acne scars οn mу back аnd chest frοm whеn i used tο hаνе acne. іt’s ѕο embarrising аnd іt really gets mе down аnd upsets mе. hοw сουld i hеlр gеt rid οf іt? please hеlр! thanks
Scars are nasty things which affect alot of people’s self esteem.
I have lots of stretch marks
Because scars are marks that are so severe, they don’t really ever go away, but there are a few things you can do to help the appearance of them.
I used bio oil on my stretch marks (which are really severe) which, if used once or twice a day, and massaged in properly over a few months can start to help the marks fade.
It’s not too expensive to buy and is available from boots and other chemists, there is also a palmers scar serum that helps reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks which I found quite effective.
Long run, and if you have more disposable income you could always consider laser treatment, but there are some downsides to this also.
Don’t let them get you down, just keep rubbing in the oil and don’t expect any immediate results.
I find that spray tanning helps mask the appearance of scars as a temporary solution also.

I would ask my GP for advice… get a prescription for an over the counter lotion or something
You could try Bio-oil or Palmer’s Cocoa Butter from a drugstore too
neutrogena has a body wash for it, its like back zits and stuff. so try that
