How can you get rid of acne? What is the solution to clear skin?

Use anti bacterial soap on your body and scrub every second or third day to help scrub away dead skin which contributes to acne.
Eat minimal fatty/sweet foods-theres a saying "you are what you eat".
Try not to stress too much as hormones going up and down is not good for anyones skin!
Don’t overscrub your face and use a cleanser with benzoyl peroxide in it.
oh my gosh i was there years ago. after 7 years of trying everything heres what works perfect for me. use noxema wash for your face and other areas that apply. no other soap, only use body soap for non problematic areas. after the shower and noxema use cortizone cream, or even better you can use neosporin. either cream or ointment. use like lotion. it does get a lil expensive but just at first because u wont need to use it so much after first or second month. not only will it get rid of the acne, but heals the scared skin and over all works like nothing else.! good luck.
Invest in a cleanser containing Salicylic Acid; this is an acid that has been shown to sop up oil and dry out zits. Biore, Neutrogena, pHisoderm, Clearasil are some examples. Just make sure you read the labels. Neutrogena and pHisoderm have stuff that is marketed for bodily use [back] but it is really the same stuff as the facial; so you could get a bottle of their body stuff [more value for your money] and use it all over. This is not good for everyone, though; if you have very sensitive skin, get a product for your face that specifies its use for sensitive skin.
Also invest in an exfoliating product ['scrub']. I use St Ives Invigorating Apricot Scurb; it is inexpensive, gentle, and effective in sloughing off dead skin that can clog pores.
If you want, you can use a mask…clay-based are good for acne, such as Got2be’s Pure Intent Clay Masque or St Ives Firming Mineral mask.
Following that, and this is optional too, is a toner. This is used to remove any impurities that were missed or left by previous steps and often serves to tighten pores to reduce their appearance and their ability to attract gunk.
Finding a good moisturizer is important, too; I haven’t found my ideal one yet, but I found St Ives Collagen Elastin mask to be gentle and hydrating. I like combining steps, though, so I use a facial moisturizer that contains SPF 30-Hawaiian Tropic’s Oil Free Faces Moisturizer.
Purchase a spot treatment that contains Benzoyl Peroxide. Most skincare companies have their version of this, and all the drugstores have a generic version that works just fine. This is not to be applied all over, only to problem spots. Neosporin is not made for general use all over your face…so be careful with that suggestion.
Be sure you use sunscreen as part of your skincare regimen and be sure you cleanse any makeup off before bed. Don’t want to get clogged pores and don’t want to stain your pillowcase.
Speaking of pillowcases, though, be sure to launder your linens [bedding, pillowcases, sheets] at least once every two weeks to get rid of any buildup [dead skin-ew, I know] so you aren’t laying in it.
Stay hydrated, avoid soda, and avoid greasy food. Get adequate rest. If your acne issues persist, it could be a hormonal thing…in which case you might talk to your doctor about birth control [don't worry, you don't have to be having sex to get on it-there are a lot of people who are on BC who aren't] which can help clear up people’s skin.
Be careful, though; do not over-cleanse your skin…no more than 1-2 times daily. Any more than that, and you will be overly stripping your skin of its natural oils [we do need SOME, you know...] and then your body will be prompted to INCREASE production of these oils.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
