If there were such a non-medicinal cure for acne, everyone would already be using it. Unfortunately, there’s not. Green tea has some mild anti-bacterial properties (just as tea-tree oil does), but it’s not a cure. Nothing is going to ‘cure’ acne quickly. You can control it with consistent treatment, but the only thing (so far) that comes close to a cure is Accutane. Some laser and light treatments also provide long-term relief, but they are also not cures. Good luck!
Acne is a bacteria that needs to be killed. Witch Hazel is also works great.. it is a little smelly, but you can use a cotton ball or wash cloth. It will tke away the oiliness. `Tea Tree Oil will kill out the bacteria or weaken it enough not to bother you. Apply it to the effected areas with a q-tip or cotton ball after you have washed.

There are ways to put moisture back into your skin and heal it, such as: drinking lots of water, making sure you are eating enough fat/omega-3 oils.
