If you could, no one would have it! certain lotions/creams may help control/minimize breakouts, but im not sure if you can "naturally"

I found quite a few things actually, and they are everyday uses..Toothpaste helps, just take a tiny dot & place it on your blackheads or pimples, even washing your face every other day (or every day, depending on how oily your face is) w/rubbing alcohol..DO NOT constantly pick at it!! It’ll get worser before It gets better!! also, try crushed up oatmeal, just apply to face like a mask, and let It dry, (1 min or so) then rinse, you’ll tell a differenrce i promise..take my advice
use a lemon. strange? i know. cut it in half, rub it on your pores, the acid will help. wash your face with hypo-allergenic soap.it should help you.good luck.
I would try using a gentle cleanser like dove soap. Washing your face with something like alcohol will most likely dry your skin out and make your sebacous glands (oil glands in your face) over-produce oil to compensate for the dryness and therfore make you break out even worse. Wash your face and use light moisturizer. If you have a bad pimple you can crush an aspirin tablet and mix it with a little water to make a paste and you pretty much have a store bought acne cream.

lemon does it!!! rub slices of lemon on ur acne.. it will at least reduce the inflammation.. then cures it for good

You should try the Clinique 3-step skin care system. It’s not natural but it works really well and its not at all harse on your skin. I have uber-sensitive skin and I used to have a regular amount of acne, and my skin is not glowing and beautiful – I don’t need to wear cover up on it. SERIOUSLY TRY IT!!!!

Lemons.
Apple Cider Vinegar.
Baking soda.
Egg white.
Tea tree oil.
Emu oil.
If you have any of these, apply them on your face.
