How can i remove dead skin from my face caused my acne?

u can not do any thing about accept,gently applying the best moisturizing lotion or cream,after every wash. slowly it will disappear.
You need to use a scrub type cleanser. A good one that doesn’t cost much is St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub. Then just scrub gently where the dry skin is, Let the scrub do the work that’s why I say rub gently. Then use a good oil free moisturizer after cleansing.
