i have mild acne too. i like to first wash my face before bed with Clean & Clear oil-free Foaming Facial Cleanser, then i use Clean & Clear Persa-Gel to keep my pimples under control. it dries my pimples out overnight without making my face so dry that it peels like other topical acne medications. you can get it at Walgreens or any other local drugstore. if your face doesn’t clear up in a couple of weeks then i would recommend seeing a dermatologist and getting on some oral antibiotics. good luck!
