There was a barely visible whitehead on my top lip of my mouth for a few months, and when I woke up this morning it was very red and irritated. It hurts to touch also. What is the quickest, safest solution for treating this? I’d like for it to be gone as fast as possible.

I wash my face twice daily, and do not use lip gloss, just chapstick.

When he relieves them they are always very fluidy. Is there a point when these zits (if left unpopped) can turn into abcesses? He’s always gotten these zits under his arms (3-4 a month) and I attribute it to being overweight and sensitive skin.
