That's a new one to me. To help cure acne--wash your face daily. Try to keep your hands off your face. And get as much of the 8 - 10 hours of sleep per night that you can. Take care.

No and if it were true there wouldn't be such a thing as acne now would it? Keep your hands off your face. Wash your face with Dove and rinse with luke cool water. Pat dry with a towel and leave the other junk off your face. You will see a big difference in a week or so !!! But always remember to keep your oily fingers off your face !!!!

The most important step is first to change your way of eating. Put aside pork meat, sugar, milk, cheese, eggs and white bread. You must cure from inside, to eliminate the cause, not to treat the effect.

no it wont help cure acne...this is how i could see it working...

when you wash your face with warm water...it opens the pores...just like a steamer when you get a facial.

so the ice could be to close UP those pores to avoid getting anymore dirt in there. a cold water rinse does just the same.

wash like this;

warm water rinse (opens pores)
warm water wash(allows soap to get in the pores)
cold water rinse(to close up the pores)

a big thing i think people dont think about...CHANGE YOUR PILLOW CASES REGULARLY. its harbors bacteria

hope this helps.
