I have a few acne scars on my shoulders from a few years ago. They just look like little red dots, and some look like little indentions. Do any of you know of any creams or anything that can make these scars go away or be less noticeable?

I get very little acne but when i do i only get it around my nose, and chin area. Even if the the acne or whiteheads are not picked they scar terribly. I need something that gets rid of the scars but also clears up my complexion of un even pigmentation, and redness. My skin is so sensitive that even if i just walk outside my face goes beat red hot or not!
