It’s not severe acne but i break out at least twice a month…pretty badly. I have tried proactiv, clean & clear, and almost every other drug store product. I don’t know if it’s quite severe enough to see a dermatologist; as my health insurance wouldn’t cover it either and i know how pricey it would be…so that would be my last resort. So, if anyone has another solution…please let me know!!! THANKS!

My 14 year old daughter usually has a couple pimples here and there, but now her chin has a bunch of acne cysts – the hard as a rock kind. It’s making her self-conscious and she’s such a pretty girl that I hate to see her end up with scars. I’m making an appointment for her to see her doctor tomorrow, but we usually have to wait several days to get in. So is there something she can do at home that will provide overnight results? Thanks!

I’m fed up! My acne keeps getting bad, and I think it makes me look so ugly. I’ve tried using proactive for a few weeks, but I didn’t see any diffrence. I’ve tried sleeping with noxema on my face, that worked for 2 nights- then it stoped working!! The list of the products go on and on, none of them do the trick fast enough, or they don’t do anything at all….Does anyone know some good home treatments for getting rid of acne quickly?
BTW- I’m not a fan of junk food or sweets, I love my veggies and meat! I’m a healthy eater, and I had this problem even when I was on swim team and Winter Guard….. (those are sports that require a lot of movement! I get a lot of exerize with them…..) (sorry about spelling mistakes!)
I got 14 hours of sleep yesterday…. But usualy I get my 8hrs and lots of the time more than that…..

I’ve finally gotten the outbreaks under control, but I still have a lot of scars. Is there anything I can do at home to try to minimize the appearance of them? Or an inexpensive product. I’m on a student budget!!

i’m not talking acne all over my face, just on my forehead (nose bridge) and sometimes timples.
