can u cure acne with potatoes or toothpaste?
i read іn аn article thаt u саn cure acne wіth potatoes.
supposedly, u rub thе inside οf thе potato οn ur face, аnd leave іt οn overnight. аnd mοѕt οf thе acne wіll bе gone thе next morning.
іt ѕаіd thе same thing fοr toothpaste.
dο thеѕе tricks actually work?
don't аnѕwеr unless u really know frοm experience.
Potatoes work for redness…. but they make your face stink. I'm not kidding it just hangs on you for whatever reason.
Toothpaste… not a fan of either. If it gets close to your eyes it hurts VERY VERY VERY BAD. It stings horrifically. I'm not kiddin. Owwwwwwwwwwww.
I wouldn't use either of these. Neither were a 'miracle cure' any better than a regular acne pad, and the cons definitely outweighed the pro's. I think the best "cure" is to put a dab of vaseline on the pimple–that will make it run its course faster so that it's ready to be popped faster.
Never heard of the potato thing but the toothpaste never worked for me (I know a lot of people swear by it though).
Might as well try it, potatoes aren't expensive and there's always the possiblity it could work.
I have used toothpaste for a pimple. It did pretty good I don't know if there is a cure for acne, but lots of remedies on the market to help prevent and control it
u can with toothpaste
but it has to be a paste
potatoes: i haven't tried
As for toothpaste…it doesn't work over night but it's helpful, it dries up the spots, but i wouldn't use it for severe acne. I've been getting treated for acne for almost six years, and finally i'm hopefully gonna go on a powerful antibiotic (i think it is) called roaccutane. I know so many people who have been on it, and they haven't had spots since. As for the toothpaste, it's usually just used for one random spot or so. Hope i helped x
Toothpaste dries acne out, that's all!
Kathy P, I started having really bad acne problems beginning when I was 18. I had acne on my forehead that was really embarrasing. I tried Proactiv, Aceneticin, Oxycerin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with dismal results. I ended up contacting a dermatologist. After 5 months almost all of my acne cleared up. I recommed you try finding a dermatologist that can help. http://www.homeacnecare.com
