Anything topical you can, most oral ones are fine too. The only one that really presents an issue is the prescription Accutane: http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/acne-meds.html
Anything you swallow, like Accutane, no. It’ll say it on the directions.
But if you’re talking toners and creams, go ahead!

My guess is that over the counter things with benzyl peroxide are okay, just as they are with pregnancy. I would avoid anything with Retinol A in it before checking with your pediatrician or Ob.
