All you need is to wash your face at least twice a day morning and night with Noxeema. It is inexensive and can be found anywhere. I have to teenagers (son and daughter) who would not be able to live with out it. It is not drying to the skin. I would not recommend moisturizer unless your skin really needs it. I believe once you regularly use the noxeema you wount need anything else. Otherwise Ponds works fine or dab just a little vitamin e oil on the dry parts just before bed. Receipe for beautiful skin.
well ididnt have blackheads but i use clearasil vanishing acne cream..it helps out a whole lot..especially for me

get a good gentle daily cleanser, like clean and clear oil-free acne wash. use it in the morning and before bed. don’t scrub your face with a wash cloth because it just irritates it. use your hands to put it on and wet them in the sink before wiping it off. get some kind of benzoyl peroxide for spot treatment (not as a cleanser!) and just put it on whatever pimples you have after using the cleanser. as for a moisturizer, i’ve tried a few different ones, and i’ve found that some make your skin shiny and red, and really just suck. but try neutrogena oil-free moisturizer. it’s a bit more expensive than most, but its light, wont make your acne worse, and wont clog your pores.
Please don’t use acne treatment drugs!
Tea Tree oil is very good to use as a toner for the oily parts of your skin. You can buy it at Walmart. $12 a bottle.
really the only things that work are Pro-active or Acutane but those are pricey (but seriously affective, it will take it away forever and it won’t come back, plus you will limit scarring) my sister had major acne when she was 13 and tried everything. Finally when she was 17 she got proactiv and it cleared up within a couple of months and never returned. it was however a little late becuase she did scar a little from having the acne for 5 years.
But….for cheaper fixes try any cleanser that has sayllic acid as a main ingredientbecauselly like Aveeno daily foaming cleanser. I also use the exfoliating cleanser every other day to scouff off dead cells and get a more even complexion. The acid is what targets acne and dries it out. it also acts as a preventative for further breakouts
Some tips
1. make sure you create a daily face cleaning ritual at morning and night. Especially at night becuase this is when your skin repairs itself
2. Do not over moisturize as it causes pores to clog. Try looking for one that specifically is designed to not clog pores (it will usually say on the bottle) and don’t use it at night!!
3. Following these steps when you clean, cleanser, toner, moisturizer.
4. Products can take up to 6 months to start seeing results so keep using them, do not switch to something else until you have given them a chance to start seeing results
I find the QV range really good. It’s gentle on the skin, will NOT clog pores (don’t worry, I swim too) and is cheap. For $30 you will get the cleanser, toner and moisturizer.
Mix rice powder with rose water and scrub gently in a circular motion.Leave it for 5-10 minutes and wash it off .Drink lot of water .Avoid oily food and chemical products as it does more harm to your skin .Use natural clay pack once in a week .
Many beauty products on the market have harmful chemicals in them; do your favorite beauty products contain any of these things?:
* Mineral Oil, Paraffin & Petrolatum – Petroleum products coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatological issues, like slowing cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging. Suspected cause of cancer & Disruptive of hormonal activity. By the way, when there’s an oil spill in the ocean, don’t they rush to clean it up – fast? Why put that stuff on your skin?
* Parabens – Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.
* Phenol carbolic acid– Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.
* Propylene glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, and may inhibit skin cell growth or cause skin irritation.
* Acrylamide– Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.
* Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES)– Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in over 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived
* Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.
* Dioxane– Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin. Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum stripping”.
Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden language on labels, such as “comes from coconut”.
IF SO, you should throw them away IMMEDIATELY and you can substitute virgin/extra virgin olive oil or a natural coconut oil to moisturize in the meantime until you find a better, natural alternative!!! Tell ALL your friends and family!!!
