The best way to treat acne is to consult with a dermatologist. I wish I did that before. Anyway my recent dermatologist gave me anti-biotics and a topical lotion when my acne got severe. Now its a lot better.
Just talk to your doctor. Its usually hormonal imbalance that causes acne in any age group. I’ve been suffering for so long, I know how it feels.
I also have oily skin. I use Biore blemish fighting ice cleanser to clean my face. Then apply Lubriderm(its non-greasy) with SPF 15 in the winter when the skin gets dry. But everyone’s skin is a lil different. And what I use might not suit in your skin.

If your skin is oily, the best thing to do is to minimize irritation of it. This means that washing your face twice a day shld suffice. Anything more than that will only irritate your skin and make it redder. If you have acne, the aggresive scrubbing can even make it worse!
