no need to spend a ton of money..

take about four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add in a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. you can also add in a few vitamin e capsules if ya like.. this can be used as a scrub, mask if left on for ten minutes, and a spot treatment left on over night.. it works like pro active.. i’ve used both and got the same result with each which is clear skin.. pro active dried my skin out too, but aspirin didn’t.. it’s a lot cheaper also..

oh.. and pro active contains benzoil peroxide.. whereas aspirin contains salicylic acid .. this is commonly used in scrubs made to remove blackheads and pimples..

honey alone as a mask works very well also.. leave it on for twenty minutes..

another thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it’s sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like or the aspirin i mentioned.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week..

only wash your face when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and after exercise.. excess washing makes your face produce extra oil..

warm water opens pores and cold closes them.. so wash with warm and rinse with cold..

and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn’t clog your pores or cause break outs.. i recommend bare minerals..

and get a good toner and moisturizer.. i use the garnier nutritioniste moisturizer.. and lemon juice is a good toner..

drink lots of water.. eat healthy.. and take vitamin e, vitamin c, zinc and b vitamins..

you should see a dermatologist. they are the ones that can help you the most with clearing up your acne.

i used to have the same problem myself until i tried clinique. clinique seems to work for me, maybe it can work for you too.

I’ve tried everything 2 didn’t work,I went to a dermatologist for 8mon. they gave me pills,creams,cleansers you name it didn’t work either, So when you get a good answer let me know….

Hey i have tried proactiv also and it made it worse for me too. Right now i am using Biore products and i love it. Try it!

I would suggest neutrogena for heavy acne go to drugstore.com and type in Neutrogena in the search box with honest reviews from people who’ve tried it and clean and clear for mild =). I have mild and Clean And Clear is THE BEST product EVER!

umm i tht u shld use acne clear frm watson its pretty gd..i tht u can also use dainty lavender mask to balance pH and also reduce sensitivity..u can buy frm sg website at 88db..i tht u can also buy skinliite cucumber mask frm sasa..its help to clear acne ..

okay don’t go to the doctor, it didn’t work for me and any of my friend. it does work but it usually takes a really long time to see results and is so much money! i used neutrogenacleanser and mask, it works so well for heavy! i also used neutrogena’s acne scar and my face is totally clear. it’s a pain to find things that acutally work. i’m sure your beauitful just as much.

I also tried proactiv, and almost everything in the health and beauty department at wal-mart, none of it worked.
You really should go to a dermatologist because you don’t want to end up like me. If your willing to spend a lot of money then go to a dermatologist their products are more stronger but yet gentle enough for your skin.

Or try going to one of these places.

If you go see a dermatologist, they can prescribe facewashes and gels to put on your face. And if none of that works, you may have hormonal acne. If this is the case, you can go on medication, or just find the best facewash and hope for the best. I have hormonal breakouts, but they aren’t bothersome enough for me to go on pills.
