acne medicine question pleaseee answer!?
okay, Im fifteen аnd Ive barely hаd acne. I wash mу face once a day wіth regular soap. Bυt recently mу face hаѕ bееn breaking out a bit аnd I know іtѕ οnlу gonna gеt worse ѕіnсе bаd acne runs іn thе family. Whаt’s a gοοd beginner acne medicine аnd a reason whу?
fist of all, what skin type do you have?
my sister has sensitive skin, and barely anything works for her, and usually just makes her break out even more.
but if you dont have sensitive skin, you can use products like neutrogena(did i spell that right?
), clean&clear, etc.
i usually have pimples on my forehead due to my bangs, and lately ive seen that its been clearing up a bit.
but i use biore pore perfect blemish fighting ice cleanser. it works great for me, but i have read other reviews saying that it just made their skin worse, and caused irritation…so beware. but i use it and it takes about 2 weeks for it to start showing results, it leaves my skin feeling soft!
reviews for that product is in the link i have given in the source..
i wish the best for you, because i know how acne and affect everyyything! good luck! <3
EDIT: also, the biore product is an ice cleanser, so it makes my face feel cool, which is great for the summertime! i can feel it tingling, which i think is supposed to happen? i love the smell, ive been getting compliments on it too
also, you say that you wash your face once a day with regular bar of soap.. i think you should increase that to twice a day (day and night) or if you want, 3 times a day. just dont overwash your face, because that can be a bad thing.
Pro Active refining mask works for me but i only have little
pimples every once and a while.
You could also try On The Spot Acne Treatment by Neutrogena that also helps.
Some of the best advice I received when I was younger was to not touch my face (if I could help it). The dirt and germs and yuckiness on your hands can create pimples.
Also, always remember to take off your make-up before bed with some type of gentle soap or make-up remover.
I like to occasionaly swipe my face with witch hazel when my face is feeling oily or use a face scrub (like St. Ives apricot scrub). The witch hazel is gentle and fights the black heads that cause zits. And, the scrub removes dead skins cells that clog pores.
Without knowing about your specific skin problems, that’s the best advice I can offer.
By the way, I own a soap making business. I picked the soap recipe because my sister couldn’t stop raving about how it had cleared up her acne. If you are interested, you can check out my soap at http://www.freewebs.com/soapfountain.
Good luck!
