I have a lot of patients that keep coming to me with the same problem…acne scars. Why with sooo many innovative way to make technology better, they can’t seem to find an overnight cure for people with acne?

i’ve had the same acne scars for about 7-8 months & im using a medication but it is really not helping. have they become permanent?
I’m looking for like what brands you think are the best, and the product you use. Would face wash, face scrub, or medicated pads be better?
What products do you think are the best? And do you like to use foams, scrubs, the pads or what else? Also is it ok to use like two of the same brand products at the same time?
I have a little acne and i cant get it to go away. I have used clean and Clear but i need to know another company.
I’ve been using using Neutrogena Skin ID for about half a year and it’s making my acne better then how it used to be, but I’m still getting some pimples. Plus it dries out my skin and when i treat a pimple with it , it causes an acne scar.
So would Burt’s Bee acne products be better? (It’s been getting lots of good reviews.)

I`ve tried tons of things.
I use ProActiv every night and morning.
I`ve used Clearasil 3-day Vanishing Cream,
and many other things, but nothing seems to clear my face.
